Three films are releasing in theaters this Friday, including Kannada cinema’s much-loved film Underworld Ka Akshar. According to the information given by the makers, the ticket price of the possession has been kept at only Rs.150 on the first day of release i.e. March 17. This discount is being given only for one day only on the Hindi language version in theaters across the country. After this, the price of tickets will be further reduced from Monday. In the first week from March 20 to 23, the cost of a ticket will be just Rs 120. The capture of the Underworld is directed by R Chandru.
This is the first film of Kannada star Upendra, which is also released in Hindi. Kiccha Sudeep, Shriya Saran, and Shiv Rajkumar will be seen in important roles in the film. Apart from Kannada and Hindi, Capture is also being released in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. With Capture, producer Anand Pandit is making his debut in the South Indian film industry. Upendra, Kiccha Sudeep, and Shiv Rajkumar will be seen together on screen for the first time in this film.
KGF 2 Vs Kabzaa
Capture is the first big-budget pan-India film of this year, which has come from South Indian cinema. It is a period film, whose story starts in the 40s and travels a journey of about 4 decades. In this film, Upendra is in the role of underworld don Arkeshwar, who is initially an Air Force officer, but due to circumstances reaches the world of the underworld. Kiccha Sudeep plays the police officer who is sent by the British government to eliminate Arkeshwar.
The lines of KGF 2 are captured
Possession is largely on the lines of KGF 2, which was released last year. The Hindi version of KGF 2 had collected more than 430 crores net.
