Robert Pattinson starrer ‘The batman‘ faced its shares of critics after the makers revealed that Robert Pattinson is their choice for the new voyage. The issue lost its momentum after the green flags from past Batman actors like Christain Bale and Ben Affleck. Under the direction of Matt Reeves and Robert plays Batman/Bruce Wayne, Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwomen. Paul Dano as the Riddler and Jeffrey Wright as James Gordan.
In the movie is subtly explained that Batman is new to this job. It has only been 2 years since him being the vigilante. Police don’t trust him yet the masked rogue and people partially support him. Finally, James Gordan and Batman decide to work together to catch some criminal called The Riddler. Riddler is a guy who is murdering politicians and officials across the city.
Robert Pattinson is an amazing Batman
After the tremendous performance in his last movie, ‘The lighthouse’, the actor was a long-awaited choice for the role of Batman. The actor’s aesthetics are dark, scary, vulnerable, and dangerous. The overall body structure and height make him almost the perfect Batman. In an interview, the actor explains why they never thought about doing the original story of Batman ever again. Robert Pattinson said, ‘If we look at the past parts of the movie, every origin of Batman covers Bruce Wayne’s tragic story. One of the reasons it feels different is that its new times and we are not gonna do the origin story again. Instead of him(Bruce Wayne) getting over his parents again and then becoming the Batman and saving the city, I am constantly getting over them and avenging them around the city,’ said the actor.
Even though the makers insisted Robert not watch the last Batman movies, he couldn’t help it because he already had. This makes the movie a compilation of all the reasons why the last movies were a success. The movie’s cinematics is amazing it is a must-watch for someone who has loved batman as a detective more than a person who just enjoyed the action scenes.
