Katrina Kaif recently appeared on the show Koffee with Karan, the actress revealed something really interesting about the beginning of their relationship. It said that the whole ‘manifestation couch thing’ was started by Katrina Kaif on the show.
Katrina Said, ‘Didn’t know who Vicky Kaushal was. Then LOVE STRUCK OUT OF THE BLUE’. The whole scene started when Katrina Kaif was on Koffee with Karan, accompanied by Ishaan Khattar, and Siddharth Chaturvedi.
Katrina Kaif said, ‘We actually were not dating.’
According to the actress, they were just meeting and barely knew each other. Meanwhile, their rumors of dating just made it awkward. In the show, Katrina said, ‘It was funny because there were so many rumors in the media. I can remember a time when there was so much present in the media about me and Vicky dating or you know getting to know each other and we actually were not dating it was really awkward.’
Katrina also revealed that she met Vicky Kaushal for the first time at a random Award function. While sharing her experience the actress said, ‘And the funniest thing is that it seems to me that it was in my destiny. That it was meant to be. There were so many coincidences. Like I would be surprised. Like, this was unusual. This was odd.’
‘He was not on my radar’ said the actress
“It was much unexpected and made it more wonderful. It was so out of the blue. I didn’t know who he was. He was not on my radar. We never crossed paths. I heard the name but there were no relations. This person just appeared out of nowhere. Wow.” added the actress later in the show.
According to Katrina Kaif, Zoya Akhtar was the first person to that she revealed her relationship with Vicky Kaushal. When asked about that if Zoya played the cupid or not, the actress said,’ When we did get to the point where I realized that I kind of in a relationship with Vicky. I like this person. Zoya was one of the first people I revealed. She may or may not have put thoughts out there.’
