‘Artists should be respected,..’ CM Yogi on Boycott Bollywood Trend

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, in an interview, shared his opinions on a number of topics. Including the popular Bollywood boycott trend and the impending film city in the large state. That includes Suniel Shetty, Manoj Joshi, Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam, Boney Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff among others. With the potential to offer incentives to filmmakers to travel to and shoot in UP.

Anurag Thakur’s take on the Boycott Bollywood situation

While Anurag Singh Thakur stated, “In India, we have the CBFC. The CBFC has a huge number of members, and a movie may only be released in theatres when it has received CBFC certification. Any objections to a particular movie should be expressed to us so that we can forward the CBFC’s consideration of those concerns as well.

Any issues should be brought up with the department (I&B), who will then speak with the producers and directors about them.
