Kapil Sharma, ‘You made me cry for the first time’

Kapil Sharma posted something really emotional on Instagram after the demise of legendary comic Raju Shrivastava. He used his Instagram to convey his inner pain after the loss of his ‘elder brother’.

Raju Shrivastava died at the age of 58, on 21nd of September 2022. He suffered a cardiac arrest while working out on a treadmill in the gym. Suffering brain damage, his trainer brought him to the hospital on 10th of August. Raju’s health had been a rollercoaster for the past 40 days. He was admitted in the AIIMS.

After struggling for around 40 days from 10th of August to 21st of September, Raju Shrivastava took his last breath at the AIIMS Delhi. Raju was hanging between life and death, unconscious and unaware how the whole nation was praying for him.

Kapil Sharma wrote heavy hearted goodbye

On the demise of Raju Shrivastava, Kapil wrote an emotional note from his Instagram. It read, ‘You have made me cry for the first time Raju bhai, I wish if could meet you for one last time. May God bless you. You will be remembered a lot. Goodbye, Om shanti).‘ Under which one fan added, ‘Dark day for comedy world! Raju Srivastava has passed away. He breathed his last at AIIMS Hospital.😭 No one can match the humor level of #rajusrivastava. No double meaning jokes, no derogatory words. He was the best. Rest In Peace. Om Shanti🙏RIP Legend’. While there were numerous comments with the crying emoji.

According to the sources, Kapil and Raju were great friends. There was a mentor-mentee relationship between the, Raju Shrivastava also praised Kapil Sharma’s comedy on many occasions. Kapil also called Raju his elder brother.

Whole industry is shocked with the early death of such active and healthy comedian-actor. From Kapil to Amitabh Bachchan, everybody is mourning the demise of their favorite standup comedian Raju Shrivastava.
