Senjuti Das, who made it to the top 10 contestants of Indian Idol 13, said something that shocked everyone. She suddenly decided to leave the show. Everyone including Vishal Dadlani was stunned after hearing this.
Senjuti told that she has a personal reason. Her father is ill and she regrets that she is not able to take care of him. Senjuti told the judges, ‘I have received a lot of love ever since I entered Indian Idol. She further added that she is thankful to God and her parents for such a great opportunity. But I am not able to fulfill the duty which is for my parents, because I am here. My father is undergoing treatment. Now my father is in the hospital in Kolkata and my mother has taken him. He is undergoing treatment for his eyes. He has got glaucoma and had a stroke earlier. I should have been with him, my absence is hurting me a lot.
Senjuti further said that everything is not normal in their house. Her aunt passed away this year. Everyone’s health in the house is going bad. She said that her mother is doing everything alone and she is not liking it at all. That’s why she wants to leave the show.
