After Henry Cavill appeared in his spectacular cameo in the Dwyane Johnson starrer Black Adam, the hype for the next superman movie was through the roof. Finally, without wasting any more time Henry Cavill himself announces his return as Superman in the upcoming DC movies. Now it was long awaited since the last appearance of Superman was in the DC’s Justice League back in 2017. If we talk about his last individual movie, that was back in 2013, almost 10 years ago.
Henry Cavill took the time and announced his next appearance as Superman in the upcoming DC movies, via a post on Instagram. In the post, Cavill wrote, “A very small taste of what’s to come, my friends. The dawn of hope renewed. Thank you for your patience, it will be rewarded.”

Henry Cavill wanted to make it ‘official‘
“Hey everyone. I wanted to wait until the weekend was over before posting this. Because I wanted to give you all a chance to watch Black Adam. But now that plenty of you have, I wanted to make it official that I am back as Superman and the image you see on this post and what you saw in Black Adam are just a very small taste of things to come,” said Henry. According to the sources, the makers of the movie are not yet confirmed. Director and writers have not confirmed any movie yet.
The actor later added, ‘So there is a lot to be thankful for and I’ll get to that in time but I wanted to thank you guys most of all. Thank you for your support and thank you for your patience. I promise it will be rewarded.’ Now people can’t wait to see their favorite Superman in action. His last movie as Superman was Man of Steel, which was loved across the globe by everyone.
