Madhavan in the lead role, Khushalii Kumar, Aparakshit Khurana, and Darshan Kumar. In the movie, R. Madhavan plays the husband’s role, whereas Khushalii Kumar is playing his Delusional disordered wife. Aparakshit Khurana is playing the role of a terrorist, from Kashmir. Darshan Kumar after his work in Kashmir Files is also looking amazing in his policeman’s role. Khushalii Kumar, Bhushan Kumar’s sister, is doing her debut in this movie.

He posts about his movie on Instagram, he said, ‘Dhokha is driven by its performances and storytelling. The characters are not simply black or white. There are no good guys or bad guys; every single one of them has something beneath the surface.’
Meanwhile, Aparakshit Khurana too posted on his Instagram handle,’ Aakhir is par karein vishwas? Yahaan toh har chehre par hai jhooth ka naqaab. #SachKyaHai ? (sic).” The actor claims his character to be in layers, eccentric, and different from anything he has done in the past. He said, “This is definitely one of my most challenging films because the character is very layered, eccentric, and unlike anything I’ve done in the past. I look forward to how audiences react to it.’
The director Kookie Gulati added later, ‘One day can change your life and Dhokha will compel the audience to ponder over what is true and what is false. It will leave you gripped from start to finish.‘
