2020 Delhi: Shooting begins of ‘Delhi Riots’ based on real incident of 2020 riots in Delhi

The shooting of the film Delhi 2020, based on Delhi riots, is starting from today. 2020 Delhi is a social thriller movie. In its background are the riots in Delhi. These riots took place in Delhi against the Citizenship Amendment Act and NRC. The film is inspired by true events. It will also talk about the Namaste Trump Program apart from documented reality.

2020 Delhi will be a 12 hour event based film:

The film will be based on the 12 hours of events on 24 February 2020. This film will also tell how the whole ruckus started. This will be the first Indian feature film to be shot in the one take method. The film is being produced by Midas CH Films. The shooting of this film will start from Delhi and end on Indore. Everyone is very excited about this film.

‘Our effort is to make a film in one take’

Talking about the film, CEO Devendra Malviya said, ”Our endeavor is to make a one-take film in the first place. This is the story of two friends who get caught up in the riots that day. It will be a very interesting thriller film when there are no cuts in the film. It`s a very tough job but our team is ready and we hope we will be successful.’

 

‘Delhi 2020’ will release in 2023:

It is worth noting that the Hollywood film 1917 and movies like Birdman are made with this complex and expensive technology. That is why the film will release in 2023. Many actors will have an important role in this film. Many people lost their lives in the Delhi riots. At the same time, many people were also injured in this. An attempt was also made to tarnish the image of India with the Delhi riots. The film ‘Delhi 2020’ will explain all these matters. Due to this many people have also been arrested and sent to jail.
